Is there a way to change the senders email when emailing Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors?

Question:

  • Can I update the from address when sending PO's to our Vendors?

Answer:

Currently, there is no way to change the sender's email address in Procurify. In order to send the Purchase Order from your e-mail address, download the Purchase Order in PDF format and email it directly to your Vendor.

Alternatively, ask the Vendor to allowlist the following email [email protected] and continue sending it directly from Procurify.
