How to ensure Custom Fields are visible on Auto PO's
Custom Fields appear blank on Purchase Orders when Auto PO is enabled. The following article outlines how to display Custom Fields on Purchase Order when Auto PO is turned on in Procurify.
Steps:
Navigate to Procure → Purchase Orders.
Select the applicable Purchase Order
Scroll to the bottom of the Purchase Order and click Revise PO
Locate the Custom Field and edit the field.
Click Save once complete.
Success! Once saved, you can generate or send an email to the Vendor and the fields will display.
Additional Information:
Auto POs do not automatically send an email to the Vendor
