- Viewing a pending expense, travel, or order when I can no longer access the user's account
In order to complete the following steps, the user must be an Approver with permission to view all pending approver orders for all users.
Select the APPROVAL tab on the left-hand navigation bar
From the drop-down menu VIEWING AS select ALL
In the Search Orders field at the top of the screen type the name of the deactivated user
You'll see a list of their pending orders.
- Complete the same steps for the Travel and Expense tab to view all pending orders
