How to check if an Item has been Billed

Goal:

  • Locate or find a Billed item

Steps:

Follow the steps below if you have the Purchase Order (PO) number for the item:

  1. Navigate to Accounts Payable β†’ Manage Bills

  2. Select the All tab

  3. In the search field type in the PO number and hit Enter

Additional Information:

  • Alternatively, it is possible to run an export from Settings β†’ Bills, which will show the Bill line items
