How can I create a Purchase Order Custom field?
The following article outlines how to input additional fields to your purchase orders to communicate further information for your vendors, such as Terms and Conditions, Notes, etc.
Steps:
You must be a Superuser or have custom access to the Customization section on the Settings page to complete the following steps.
Navigate to Settings → Customize Purchase Order Form
Click + New Custom Field
Input the field name.
Click Add
PO Custom Fields only have open text response type.
Additional Information:
We recommend only using alphanumeric characters and special characters (not including emojis) in custom fields.
