The following article outlines how to input additional fields to your purchase orders to communicate further information for your vendors, such as Terms and Conditions, Notes, etc.


You must be a Superuser or have custom access to the Customization section on the Settings page to complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Customize Purchase Order Form

  2. Click + New Custom Field

  3. Input the field name.

  4. Click Add

  • PO Custom Fields only have open text response type.
