How do I edit the fields within a Purchase Order
customize purchase order form, configure PO
On Purchase Orders, the following are configurable:
Custom fields
Disclaimer/Labels
Shipping Terms
Payment Terms
Shipping Methods
PO PDF Labels
PO PDF Custom Fields
You must be a Superuser or have custom access to the Customization section on the Settings page to complete the following steps.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings → Customize Purchase Order Form
Locate the fields you need to edit. Use tabs at the top to configure different elements of POs.
Click the pencil icon
next to the applicable field to edit details. Changes will automatically save.
