Answer:
Ship To: This field is pre-filled with the Requester's information. I.e., The shipping address will be filled with the address of the Requester's home location. A PO containing items from multiple Requesters will pre-fill with the Purchaser's information.
Bill To: The field is pre-filled with the information of the Purchaser creating the PO. I.e., The shipping address will be filled with the address of the Purchaser's home location.
Additional Information:
If in the case that there is no purchaser, the Bill To and Ship To will be defaulted to the home location of the last approver.
