You can apply past dates to a bill's Invoice Date and Due Date fields.
If a Bill is associated with a purchase order, the budget(s) with date ranges corresponding to the order approval date will be impacted, not when the bill was entered. For more information, see How are Budgets allocated in Procurify?
If the Bill is not associated with a Procurify Purchase Order, the budget(s) with date range corresponding to the date the bill was created will be impacted.
