How to find the Approval Routing Groups that are triggered for a specific Department

Filtering approval routing groups by a specific department provides visibility into the department's approval routing pathways and triggers. Check if a single user appears in the same department routing twice or more.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to SettingsManage Approval Routing

  2. Select Filters

  3. Use the department drop-down to select the applicable department.

  4. Click the Filters button again to return and see the results.
