How to add a bank account to Procurify

Goal:

  • Adding bank accounts. 
  • How to add a Bank account to Procurify 

The following article outlines how to add a new bank account. For record-keeping, auditing purposes, and to maintain Procurify as a single source of truth, It's important to add and track your bank account activity in Procurify. 


Steps:

  1. On the left-hand navigation black bar, select Settings

  2. Select Manage Bank & Credit Card Accounts under the Finance section 

  3. Select +Add New Account, button located on the right-hand side of the screen

  4. Select Bank Account

  5. Type in an Account Name, select the Payment Type and Currency

  6. Select Add Account when finished

 

Additional Information: 

  • Unable to see SETTINGS or Mange Bank & Credit Card Accounts.
  • Bank accounts can't be edited. They can only be deleted. 
  • Each currency must have a Bank Account setup to proceed with payments.
