- Adjust email alerts
- Check notification setting
- Change notification preferences
Log in to your Procurify account.
Select your name on the top right corner of your screen
Go to Account
Select the Notification Settings tab
- Click the side-facing arrow to expand each notification option.
- Check and/or uncheck the boxes as needed. All changes will be automatically saved.
- By default, email notifications are turned on. Customers who are currently in the implementation phase automatically have all notifications disabled.
- If you're not receiving any notifications at all (and it's not in your Junk/Spam folder), contact our Technical Support team by scrolling to the top of the following web page and selecting Contact Us available at the top right-hand side of the screen.
