Canceling a virtual spending card prevents further transactions from being processed on the card and returns the remaining amount on the card to your organization's spending card pool.
Steps:
Select the Spending Card tab.
Select the Virtual Cards from the drop-down.
Click on the card from the list that you would like to cancel.
Click the 3-dot options button
Confirm by selecting the Cancel Card button.
Success! You've closed the card.
