Goal:
unlocking spending card funds
Locking/Unlocking a card on Procurify web
Click Spending Card and select Virtual Cards or Physical Cards as applicable:
For virtual cards, select the card and click the three-dot options button, and select Lock card or Unlock card
For a physical card, select the unlock button, which is located beside the username card
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
Locking/Unlocking card on the mobile app
Select the Card button at the bottom of the screen.
For Active cards, tap the card you wish to lock
For Locked cards, click the Locked tab at the top and tap the card you wish to unlockTap the lock/unlock icon located at the top right
How to unlock or lock a card as an administrator
Navigate to Spending Card → Manage Cards
Select the applicable card. Use the search function to locate a particular cardholder if needed.
Click the ". . ." options button and select Lock card / Unlock card.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
