Purchase Order line items not appearing in Reports

Issue:

  • Unable to see Purchase Order Line Items within the Reports module

  • Permission issue

Due to customization, your interface text may differ. In this article, we are using the default labels Location and Department. Learn more here.


Cause:

  • User does not have Reports access to specific location and department

Resolution:

You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to Manage Reports Access.

  1. Navigate Settings Reports Access

  2. Select the applicable Location or All using the drop-down in the top right

  3. Select the departments from the list on the left

  4. Type the user's name in the user Search User field

  5. Select Add

Additional Information:

  • If the domain has Granular Permissions, users with access can produce Reports
