Unlocking a shopping cart item

At the current time, it is not possible for a Superuser to unlock a shopping cart item. If the item, is locked, and the user that locked the item is away, please contact your Procurify support representative. If you would like to see this feature added to Procurify, the Product Team would like to hear from you! How to submit feedback to the Product Team.
