Why do I see a lock icon when procuring Items?

Question:

  • I see an "In Use" lock icon when creating a Purchase Order, how do I unlock it?

  • Why am I unable to add an item to my cart?

Answer:

The lock icon means another Purchaser placed the item(s) into their Purchasing List.

Hovering over the lock will display the Purchaser.

If you need to procure the item(s) that in use by another user, please contact the user and ask them to clear their cart to release the items.
