The user must have access to multiple Locations within Procurify to select alternative addresses.
Note: By default, the Bill To Address pulls from the company address associated with the Location marked as Headquarters.
How do I edit the billing address on a Purchase Order?
Administrators or users with revision permissions can update the billing details of a Purchase Order by entering the revision workflow.
Navigate to Procure > Purchase Orders.
Select the Purchase Order you wish to modify.
Click the Revise P.O. button.
Note: If the status of the Purchase Order is "Closed," you must select Reopen before the revision option becomes available.
Locate the Bill To section on the document.
Adjust the address details as needed by selecting the correct Location.
Click Save purchase order to finalize the changes.
Why can't I edit the address on a PunchOut PO?
It is not possible to update the Bill To Address on a PunchOut Purchase Order once the order is placed. Because PunchOut integration transmits the Purchase Order data to the supplier’s system instantly, changes made within Procurify after the fact will not sync with the supplier’s external records.
