Seeing a PO number without Procure permissions
How can I see a PO number with limited permissions?
If your order has been placed on a purchase order, that information will be available in the Audit Log.
Steps:
Using the left navigation menu, click Request → Order
Click on the applicable request.
Scroll down to the Audit Log.
There, you will be able to see when your request has been processed, including the purchase order number and the user who created the purchase order.
Additional Information:
The steps above can only be completed by the user who placed the request.
Any user with access to the request for order can view the Audit Log.
