What do the Icons mean in the procurement page and purchase orders?

Question:

  • What are the icons on the Purchase orders?

  • What is the Star icon on a purchase order?

  • What is the Exclamation point on a purchase order?

  • What is the Question mark on a purchase order?

Answer:

The icons next to an item in a Procurement screen or a Purchase Order help you communicate with your team or make notes on an item. They can take on any meaning your organization wishes to assign to them.

For example:

can indicate that the item is currently being processed by you/another team member

can indicate you are waiting on more items/information before adding them to a purchase order. It can also be used to indicate that edits are needed on the Purchase Order.

can indicate that there are questions or are awaiting further details regarding the Purchase Order.
