There are a number of pages within Procurify that allow you to create and save filters. The following instructions will apply to any page that has filters.
Steps:
To create a filter, select the Filter button located at the top of the screen.
Select the inputs or filters from the pop-up screen.
As you select the filter options, Procurify will begin to display items applicable to the applied filter.
To save the filters selected, select the Save Filter button, located at the bottom of the window.
You will be prompted to enter a name for the filter. Type in a memorable and relevant name and select Save Filter. The filter has been successfully saved!
How to save filters:
To locate the filter at a later date, simply select the Filters button at the top of the screen and select the Saved Filter dropdown.
Select the filter from the list.
How to delete filters:
To delete a created filter, select the Filters button at the top of the screen and select the Saved Filters dropdown.
Select the filter from the list.
Click the pencil icon beside the filter, and select Delete Filter The filter has been successfully deleted!
