Issue:
Error Code: 80040414. A modal dialog box is showing in the QuickBooks user interface.
Your application cannot access QuickBooks until the user dismisses the dialog box.
Cause:
If dialog boxes are open in QuickBooks (notifications, information page, etc), it will freeze the company file until the dialog box is dismissed. After the dialog box dismissed, the integration application may access the QuickBooks company file
Resolution:
View open QuickBooks company file
Close any open dialog boxes
Re-run integration application
