Goal:
Add an additional unit of measure for Order Request items.
Steps:
You must be a Superuser or have custom permissions to Customize Unit Types Settings to complete the following steps.
Navigate to Settings → Customize Unit Types
Click + Add unit in the top right
Enter the new unit name and select Add
The new unit name will now be displayed within the list.
To make it an active option, select the checkbox to the right of the new Unit Type under the active column.
Additional Information:
Unit Type cannot be deleted. You can deactivate the Unit Type to prevent it from being used.
