Is it possible to amalgamate Vendors?
Answer:
Merging or combining vendor information is not possible. We suggest advising account users which vendor to continue using and deleting the duplicate vendor to avoid confusion. Best Practice: Export data (orders, purchase orders, etc.) before deleting any information.
An additional option may be to add "DO NOT USE" to the end of the Vendor name.

You need the Procure Role assigned to you to edit Vendor data.
