How to Submit a Transaction Dispute

Overview

If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on a transaction processed through Procurify, you can submit a dispute directly to Airwallex, our payment infrastructure provider, using their Customer Transaction Dispute Form.

Use this form if you believe a card transaction is:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent

  • A duplicate charge

  • Processed for an incorrect amount


Submitting a Dispute:

Follow these steps to dispute a transaction:

  1. Navigate to the Airwallex dispute form:

  2. Click Start to begin the form (takes approximately 7+ minutes to complete).

  3. Fill in the requested transaction details.

  4. Contact Procurify Support with the transaction details.


Before you Submit

We recommend gathering the following before starting the form:

  • Transaction date and amount

  • Merchant name (if known)

  • A brief description of why the transaction is being disputed

After Submitting

Airwallex will review your dispute and follow up directly. If you need to escalate or have questions about the status of your dispute, please contact Procurify Support and reference your submission and transaction details.

⚠️ Important: Do not include any personally identifiable information (PII) or full card details in your submission. Airwallex will collect only what's needed to investigate the dispute.
