Account Code Restoration
While manually deleted account codes are not immediately recreated in Procurify, they may be restored under certain conditions:
Hourly Synchronization: The hourly sync between Procurify and your ERP only captures changes made in the ERP within the last hour. Therefore, deleting an account code in Procurify will not trigger an immediate recreation during this routine sync.
Full-History Re-sync: A full-history re-sync can restore the deleted account code. This type of synchronization occurs in specific scenarios:
To capture a missed update from the ERP.
When a mass update operation is performed in the ERP.
As part of troubleshooting or maintenance procedures.
Important Note: The timing of a full-history re-sync is unpredictable and can vary significantly. It may happen within a week, a year, or even never, depending on the circumstances.
