If you have multiple funds available on your physical spending card, you must choose the right one before making the purchase. Selecting the fund will update the available balance on the card and automatically associate the transaction with the right account code, making reconciliation easier.
Mobile App
- Select the Card button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the black physical card on the screen.
- Tap the Active fund from the drop-down and select the correct fund
Web App
- Using the Navigation Menu, go to Spending Card → Physical card.
- Use the drop-down under Active fund details to select the fund to change to.
All transactions will be processed to the fund selected here.

- Multiple funds are only available on physical cards
- Spending cards are only available to customers with a US bank account.
