Issue:
Error message: The {AMP}quot;LinkToTxn{AMP}quot; field has an invalid value {AMP}quot;TxnID=___[ID data], TxnLineID=__[ID data]__{AMP}quot;.
Cause:
Item receipt creation requires an integration application to locate the PO and confirm if the line item is unreceived. If the client manually marks the line item as received within QuickBooks and generates an item receipt, the integration application will detect the existing item receipt and generate an error.
Resolution:
Confirm if the item receipt exists in QuickBooks for the applicable PO line item
If yes, archive item receipt pending export
If no, retrieve the error log in ‘VERBOSE’ mode. Contact our Technical Support team by scrolling to the top of the following web page and selecting Contact Us available at the top right-hand side of the screen.
