How to configure Purchase Order fields

Goal:

  • Editing PO field 
  • How do I edit the fields within a Purchase Order  
  • customize purchase order form, configure PO

On Purchase Orders, the following are configurable:

    • Custom fields
    • Disclaimer/Labels
    • Shipping Terms
    • Payment Terms
    • Shipping Methods
    • PO PDF Labels 
    • PO PDF Custom Fields

You must be a Superuser or have custom access to the Customization section on the Settings page to complete the following steps.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Click Customize Purchase Order Form under the Customizations Section

  3. Locate the fields you need to edit. You can select the tabs located at the top of the screen to access additional Purchase Order fields. 

  4. Click the pencil icon Pencil_1.png next to applicable field to edit details.  Changes will automatically save.
