Goal:
Add a new Purchase Order disclaimer
Disclaimer for Purchase Orders
You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to Customization Settings to complete the following.
Steps:
Select Settings on the left-hand navigation bar.
Under Customizations, select Customize Purchase Order Form.
Select the Disclaimer/Labels option as shown below.
Select +New Label to create a new disclaimer/label
Fill in the Label Description & Label Content details
Select Add once completed
Additional Information:
Only plain text is permitted. Text formatting, such as font, color, bold, italics, cannot be applied.
You can add a hyperlink to your terms and conditions that will be clickable on the vendor Purchase Order PDF
