Why can't I add paragraphs or spacing to my Purchase Order Disclaimer/Labels?

Question:

  • Spacing not appearing in the disclaimer

  • I can't add a paragraph to the PO disclaimer

Answer:

If spacing does not work when editing a disclaimer, we suggest re-creating the disclaimer.

  1. Head into Settings

  2. Under Customizations, select Customize Purchase Order Form

  3. Select the tab Disclaimer/Labels

  4. Select + New label to create a new disclaimer/label

  5. Fill in the Label Description & Label Content details with the proper spacing

  6. Select Add once completed
