How to change Vendor information

Goal:

  • Update the Vendor's contact info
  • Edit Vendor details 

 

Steps:

  1. Select the Procure tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Vendors
  3. Find and select the Vendor you would like to update

  4. Select either:
    • The options.png button beside the Vendor's address details, and then select Edit Vendor.
    • The options.png button to the right of the Vendor's contact information, and then select Edit Contact Info.
  5. Within the window that appears, make the appropriate changes.

  6. Select Save.

 

Additional Information:

  • Only users with access to Manage Vendors under the Procure permissions will be able to perform the following steps.
  • When entering or updating email addresses under the Vendor's contact info, use the space bar or tab key to save the address.
