SEO: add keywords
This is caused by a NetSuite sandbox limitation with syncing Bills where NetSuite failed to provide a timely response message to Procurify.
- Check in your NetSuite sandbox if Bill was created from the sync. If so, there are no errors. The bill will continue to display an error message in Procurify.
- If the bill hasn’t been created, you may attempt a re-sync.
In the event that you refresh the sync while the bill is still in the NetSuite's sync queue, a duplicate bill will be created. NetSuite only communicates that a duplicate exists after creating it instead of providing the warning beforehand.
This error will only occur in your sandbox and will not occur in your NetSuite production environment.
