Steps:
Navigate to Approve → Orders using the left navigation menu.
Select the applicable request.
Amazon PunchOut orders are distinguishable by the Amazon logo beside the order number.
Approve or Deny the order
If you are the final approver, a pop-up will remind you that a PO will be immediately created, and Amazon PunchOut items will be immediately purchased and shipped.
Click Okay to confirm.
