Is there more than one Custom Field Option for order request?
Answer:
There are several drop-down options you can choose for the order request section:
Text
Drop-down
Checkbox
Date
Additional Information:
If a Custom Field is made mandatory, the user cannot proceed to Approval unless the field is entered.
For the Drop-down type, you'll have to enter the options individually. If you need to add options in bulk, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
