Answer:
It is not possible to change the language of email notifications sent by Procurify. Procurify is only available in English. However, it may be possible to use Google Chrome to translate web-pages, but functionality and accuracy may not be guaranteed.

It is also not possible to change the wording within a Procurify originated email.
