Netsuite Error: A Payment Terms mismatch has occurred

A Payment Terms mismatch has occurred. Please ensure that the payment terms selected on the PO exist in both the NetSuite and Procurify systems.


Create the Payment Term in Netsuite as well so that this exists in both systems. Once this has been created, re-sync the PO.

  1. Search “Payment Terms” in the Netsuite Search Bar

  2. Click “New” to add the Payment Term.
