Goal:
access the error resolution screen in Procurify and NetSuite
Viewing Error Logs in Procurify:
The following steps can only Superusers or users who have custom permissions access to Integration Settings.
Navigate to Settings β Integrations.
Select NetSuite for Purchase Orders.
βSelect View.
Select Filters.
From the Sync Status drop-down, select Error.
Viewing Error Logs in NetSuite:
In NetSuite, from the top menu bar, hover over Procurify β Configurations β Error Resolution.
