Cause:
This is caused by a NetSuite sandbox limitation with syncing Bills where NetSuite failed to provide a timely response message to Procurify.
Resolution:
Check in your NetSuite sandbox if Bill was created from the sync. If so, there are no errors. The bill will continue to display an error message in Procurify.
If the bill hasn’t been created, you may attempt a re-sync.
In the event that you refresh the sync while the bill is still in the NetSuite's sync queue, a duplicate bill will be created. NetSuite only communicates that a duplicate exists after creating it instead of providing the warning beforehand.
This error will only occur in your sandbox and will not occur in your NetSuite production environment.
