If Amazon cancels my order, does it automatically get canceled in Procurify?
Answer:
If Amazon cancels your order, you will receive an email from Amazon informing you that your order has been canceled.
This does not automatically cancel the order within your Procurify Account. Contact your purchasing team to cancel the Purchase Order in Procurify and reject the items from the Procurement page.
For Amazon Punchout POs with more than a single line, rather than canceling the PO, the PO should be modified to remove line items that have been returned or canceled.
