How to add funds to my company spending card account

The following article outlines how to add funds to the bill payment account to increase the balance.

This feature is only available to customers that have a Canadian or US bank account.


Steps:

How to Fund Your Spending Cards

  1. On the left-hand navigation bar, select the Financial account tab.

  2. Click the + Add Funds button.

  3. A pop-up window will appear with the bank details needed to fund your account. Use this information (including the Account Name, Account Number, and Routing Number) to make a payment from your company’s bank account via ACH, wire transfer, or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

Canadian Payment Options: Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT)
US Payment Options: Wire transfer or ACH.
