The following article outlines how to add a new bank account. For record-keeping, auditing purposes, and to maintain Procurify as a single source of truth, It's important to add and track your bank account activity in Procurify.


  1. On the left-hand navigation black bar, select Settings

  2. Select Manage Bank & Credit Card Accounts under the Finance section

  3. Select +Add New Account, button located on the right-hand side of the screen

  4. Select Bank Account

  5. Type in an Account Name, select the Currency, enter a description and optional GL Code.

  6. Select Add Account when finished
