Contacting Support from the Procurify App
Within the Procurify app, you can access the support team by clicking on the blue help button in the bottom right corner
Click on the Messages tab along the bottom of the widget
3. Click the button Send Us a Message to get started with a chat.
4. You will be presented with a few different options. Select the one that makes the most sense for you.
I have a question: Select this path if you have a questions about platform capabilities, user workflows, how-to and more. Our new bot will take a stab at answering your question first to help serve you faster but if they are not successful, your chat will be sent to a rep.
I want to report a technical Issue: This option will ask you a few questions to help us understand what your technical issue is before sending the information over to our support team for review and triage. The more information you can provide us, the better!
I want to submit a feature request: If you know that the platform does not include a certain functionality that you are looking for, you can select this option. It will gather some information about you and your idea before sending it off to the product team for further review and triage.
We cannot say for sure if a feature request will be implemented but we do our best to review them all and identify which ones make sense for our customers
