How to change Vendor information

  • Update the Vendor's contact info

  • Edit Vendor details


You must be a Purchaser or have custom access to Manage Vendors to perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to ProcureVendors

  2. Select the applicable Vendor

  3. Select either:

    • The 3-dot options button


      beside the Vendor's address details, then select Edit Vendor.

    • The 3-dot options button


      to the right of the Vendor's contact information, then select Edit Contact Info.

  4. Make the appropriate changes in the pop-up.

  5. Select Save.
