How to resolve Amazon Orders Marked Cancelled in Procurify
Updated yesterday

Issue:

Your order is showing as Approved on the Amazon side but appears as Cancelled on Procurify.

Possible Reasons for Cancellation:

  1. Amazon Account in Test Mode:

    • Ensure your Amazon account is not in test mode as this can prevent the order from being processed correctly.

  2. Item Out of Stock or does not have enough stock:

    • The item(s) may be out of stock or has a limited number of stock available from the selected vendor on Amazon.

  3. Payment Method Issues:

    • The payment method might have been declined due to insufficient funds or may be expired.

  4. Location Restrictions:

    • The vendor might be unable to ship the item to your desired location.

  5. Multiple Amazon Tabs Open:

    • Having multiple Amazon tabs open can disrupt the connection between Procurify and Amazon, resulting in a false order status.

Solutions:

  1. Check for Location-Based Issues:

    • Ensure that the item(s) can be shipped to your location.

  2. Investigate Other Potential Issues:

    • Verify that the Amazon account is not in test mode.
