Enhanced Support at Your Fingertips: Procurify + Intercom

We're always striving to deliver a better experience for all Procurify users, and that includes the way we support you! That's why we're thrilled to announce that we've upgraded our support system to Intercom, a powerful platform built to streamline communication and put the answers you need right at hand.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Swift Solutions: Get assistance more quickly with proactive in-app support. With new tools available we'll be rolling out more in-app support to inform and guide you.

  • Self-Service Power: Find answers instantly with a robust knowledge base filled with helpful articles and how-to guides accessible directly within the app.

  • Tailored Conversations: When a quick search doesn't solve your problem, easily connect to our support team through live chat.

As you navigate through Procurify, you will notice a small icon located on the bottom right side of your screen (coming soon).

This icon is a powerful tool that allows you to access our knowledge base, connect with a support agent, and check the status of Procurify - all without leaving what you're doing in the app!

Submitting Feature Requests

To ensure quality and reduce interruptions we're rolling things out in stages. Coming soon, the Help button at the bottom right of your screen will include an option to submit a feature request.
