- E-Mail Notifications from Procurify Not Being Received
Resolution:
Due to many factors surrounding emails, we cannot provide support as to why you are not receiving them and ask you to reach out to your IT Department to further troubleshoot this matter. Note that this could be anything from simply the emails being blocked by your domain or them simply going into the Junk folder. If you find yourself not receiving email notifications we kindly ask you to log into Procurify and monitor to see if there are any pending action items.
Please note, customers who are currently in implementation have notifications disabled until the domain goes live
