E-mail notifications from Procurify not being received

Issue:

  • E-Mail Notifications from Procurify Not Being Received

 

Resolution:

Due to many factors surrounding emails, we cannot provide support as to why you are not receiving them and ask you to reach out to your IT Department to troubleshoot this matter further. Note that this could be anything from simply the emails being blocked by your domain or them simply going into the Junk folder. If you are not receiving email notifications, we kindly ask you to log into Procurify and monitor to see if there are any pending action items.

Please note that customers who are currently in implementation have notifications disabled until the domain goes live.

  • You may reach out to Support for assistance around this subject. However, please note that you may get asked to reach out to your IT Department for further assistance.
