  1. Go to your Procurify log-in page.

  2. Select the Don't remember your Password link.

  3. Enter the email address you're using to log in and click Send Email.

  4. Check your email inbox: You will receive an email with the subject: "[Procurify] - Password Reset"

    • The password reset email is only active for 48 hours

  5. Select Reset Password from the email.

  6. Choose a new password and confirm it.

    • Password should be 6-16 characters

  7. Select Submit.

  8. You should get a confirmation that you can log in now.

If you're still unable to login, please review Account Locked from Failed Login Attempts

Additional Information:

  • If you don't get the password reset email in your Inbox, check your Junk or Spam folder

  • If you're signing in with your Google account, please reset your password through the Google login page

  • Connect with your internal IT departments to ensure is allowlisted to ensure that our emails are not hitting the spam folders
