- How do you send a new activation email?
Go to your Procurify log-in page.
Select the Don't remember your Password link.
Enter the email address you're using to log in and click Send Email.
Check your email inbox: You will receive an email with the subject: "[Procurify] - Password Reset"
- The password reset email is only active for 48 hours
Select Reset Password from the email.
Choose a new password and confirm it.
- Password should be 6-16 characters
You should get a confirmation that you can log in now.
If you're still unable to login, please review Account Locked from Failed Login Attempts
- If you don't get the password reset email in your Inbox, check your Junk or Spam folder
- If you're signing in with your Google account, please reset your password through the Google login page
- Connect with your internal IT departments to ensure procurify.com is allowlisted to ensure that our emails are not hitting the spam folders
