Permissions are used to define user access to nearly all of Procurify.
This is can be used to:
- Hide unused features such as Travel Requests or Spending Carts
- Configure the Settings Page and only allow access to certain settings
If you don't see specific permissions within each module, please reach out to a Procurify representative to have it enabled on your domain.
You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to Manage Users settings to complete the following steps.
Navigate to Settings → Manage Users
Click the applicable user
Click the Roles & Permissions tab
Select Edit Permissions
In the pop-up, toggle between the General and Settings tabs and check/uncheck applicable permissions
Click Apply to save changes.
