Summary (TL;DR): Resolve login issues by resetting your password, verifying your Single Sign-On (SSO) method, or addressing an expired activation link.
The Issue
Users may experience a "Login Failed" message, find that their setup link has expired, or realize they have forgotten their credentials. These symptoms prevent access to the Procurify platform for managing spend and approvals.
Potential Causes
Expired Link: Password reset or activation emails are only active for 48 hours.
SSO Conflict: The account is set up via Google or a third-party provider, requiring a password reset on that platform instead of Procurify.
Locked Account: Multiple failed login attempts have temporarily disabled access for security.
Email Filtering: Internal IT security may be blocking system-generated emails from procurify.com.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password or your current link has expired, follow these steps to regain access.
Navigate to your organization’s specific Procurify login page.
Select the Don't remember your Password link.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Email.
Open the email with the subject [Procurify] - Password Reset and select Reset Password.
Enter a new password (between 6–16 characters) and click Submit.
If you do not see the email in your primary inbox, check your Junk or Spam folders.
Troubleshooting Login Failures
Are you using Google Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If you usually sign in with a Google account, you must reset your password through the Google login page. Procurify cannot manually reset passwords for accounts managed by third-party identity providers.
Is your account locked?
Accounts are temporarily locked after several failed login attempts to protect your financial data. If you suspect your account is locked, wait 30 minutes before attempting to reset your password again.
Is the activation link expired?
Activation and password reset links are valid for exactly 48 hours. If the link has expired, you must restart the reset process to receive a new, valid email.
Escalation Path
If you still cannot log in or are not receiving reset emails, please take the following actions:
Contact Internal IT: Ask your IT department to allowlist procurify.com to ensure system emails are not blocked by company firewalls.
Contact Support: Reach out to the Procurify Support Team if the password reset confirmation is successful but you still cannot access the domain.
